    IIFL Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 22-12-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    IIFL Finance's Finance Committee has approved raising up to Rs 800 Cr through a private placement of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). This includes Rs 700 Cr in redeemable NCDs and Rs 100 Cr in perpetual NCDs, all unsecured.
