    IIFL Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 22-12-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    IIFL Finance's Finance Committee has approved fundraising of up to Rs. 800 Cr through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement. This includes two tranches: Rs. 700 Cr (unsecured, subordinated) and Rs. 100 Cr (perpetual, unsecured).
