These shares, with a face value of Rs. 10 each, were issued at Rs. 31.30 per share (including a Rs. 21.30 premium) by converting 7,85,000 warrants. The company received a total consideration of Rs. 2.46 crore for this allotment. The new shares will be listed on BSE.
