    Exide Industries invested 180 Cr in its wholly-owned battery subsidiary, EESL, bringing total investment to 4,202.23 Cr to fund its lithium-ion battery plant. Mr. Pravin Saraf was appointed MD & CEO of EESL, reinforcing their EV strategy.
