Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited (SSCL) has acquired 23,300 square meters of prime land near Udaipur Airport for "Samskara Udaipur," a new luxury resort project. This initiative targets India's wedding market, with the resort planned to feature up to 250 keys, restaurants, pools, and event spaces, opening by 2027. SSCL has an MoU with the Government of Rajasthan for this project and has opened a regional office in Udaipur for project execution. This acquisition expands SSCL's Rajasthan pipeline to over 700 keys across three locations, positioning the company to become a leading luxury hotelier in the state, with further land acquisitions under discussion.
