DCM Shriram Industries' board meeting approved a major revamp. Alok Bansidhar Shriram (Sr. MD & CEO) & Urvashi Tilakdhar (WTD) resigned. Uday Shriram was appointed Dy. MD & Rohan Shriram as WTD. Madhav Bansidhar Shriram is now MD & CEO, with salary revised from 0.58 Cr to 0.75 Cr/month + PBT commission up to 5%.
