WOMANCART's board approved issuing 36,000 new equity shares to non-promoters at ₹312 each, converting warrants. This fundraising generated ₹0.84 Cr for the company. The total paid-up capital now stands at ₹7.05 Cr with 70.46 lakh shares. Around 1.28 lakh warrants are still to be converted.
