Borosil Renewables' German subsidiary, Geosphere Glassworks GmbH, filed for voluntary insolvency following a EUR 4.81 million claim from a German Bank. This relates to its step-down subsidiary GMB's prior insolvency. Borosil Renewables has already provisioned Rs. 130.03 Cr for Geosphere's exposure, resulting in no material new financial impact.
