The company's board has approved the allotment of 2,60,425 fully paid-up equity shares. These shares, with a face value of Rs. 10 each, were allotted at a price of Rs. 1,536 per share, including a premium. The total value of this preferential allotment to 27 non-promoter investors aggregates to Rs. 40.00 crore. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 10.49 crore to Rs. 10.75 crore. This capital infusion strengthens the company's financial position by expanding its equity base.
