Ashiana Ispat Ltd — Important, 23-12-2025: Company Update

Ashiana Ispat Limited has appointed Mr. Kamal Wadhwani, an independent Director, as the new Chairman of its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Wadhwani will also preside as Chairman at all General Meetings, including Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings. This appointment does not change the overall composition of the Board as it is not related to a resignation, retirement, or new directorship. This move strengthens leadership at the board level.
