Innovassynth Investments Limited's board has approved the allotment of 4,74,65,031 new equity shares. This action is part of the merger by absorption of Innovassynth Technologies (India) Limited, with a 1:1 share swap ratio for eligible shareholders as of December 19, 2025. Following this, Innovassynth Investments Limited's paid-up equity capital now stands at Rs. 75.45 crore, divided into 7,54,49,316 shares. These newly allotted shares are proposed for listing on BSE Limited.
