Innovassynth Investments Ltd — Important, 23-12-2025: Company Update

Innovassynth Investments held a board meeting to finalize key post-merger actions. The company allotted 4.74 Cr new equity shares of Rs. 10 each to shareholders of Innovassynth Technologies as part of their merger, increasing the paid-up capital to Rs. 75.45 Cr. The board appointed Mr. Prosenjit Gupta as Chairperson, Dr. Hardik Joshipura as MD & CEO, and Mr. Jayesh Patel as CFO. Mr. Vaibhav Joshi was named Executive Director-Operations and Occupier. Additionally, new directors, Mr. Viren Raheja, Mr. Akshay Raheja, and Mrs. Ameeta Parpia, joined the board, and KPMG was appointed internal auditor. The company also shifted its registered office.
