Cybele Industries Ltd announced an internal restructuring within its promoter group. Mr. Thomas P Joy and Mr. George P Joy, who are promoters, received a total of 38.69 Lakh equity shares as gifts from their parents, Mr. Joykutty and Mrs. Annamma Joy, also promoters. Specifically, Thomas P Joy acquired 19.28 Lakh shares (18.03% of total equity) and George P Joy acquired 19.40 Lakh shares (18.14%). This inter-se transfer by gift between immediate relatives maintains the overall aggregate shareholding of the promoter and promoter group.
