Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCSSL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ConnectM Technology Solutions to jointly develop an EdgeAI System-on-Chip (SoC) for next-generation automotive cybersecurity. BCSSL will lead the SoC's design, focusing on threat detection and security for electric and connected vehicles, while retaining core intellectual property. This strategic collaboration combines BCSSL's cybersecurity and AI expertise with ConnectM's automotive hardware strength. The partnership outlines a 50:50 revenue share, with a projected business volume of approximately $50 million (Rs 415 Cr) over five years, expanding BCSSL's presence in the automotive semiconductor market.
