This acquisition increases Welspun Corp's stake in Welspun Specialty Solutions from 51.06% to 55.17%. As a result, Welspun Corp, which is part of the promoter group, has strengthened its majority ownership in the target company. The total equity share capital of Welspun Specialty Solutions remains at Rs. 397.56 crore.
