    BP sold Castrol Group Holdings (51% owner of Castrol India) to Stonepeak's Acquirer. Stonepeak will gain indirect control of Castrol India, triggering a mandatory open offer for public shareholders. BP will retain a 35% non-controlling stake in the Acquirer.
