Deep Diamond India Ltd — Important, 24-12-2025: Company Update

Deep Diamond India has initiated a postal ballot for shareholders to approve key strategic changes. Investors will vote on a proposed company name change, along with related alterations to its Memorandum and Articles of Association. Additionally, a resolution addresses changes to the objectives of a recent rights issue, including ratifying the partial use of those funds. Shareholders registered by December 19 are eligible to participate in e-voting, open from December 24 until January 22.
