Shubhlaxmi Jewel Art Limited — Board Meeting, 24-12-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shubhlaxmi Jewel Art approved raising authorized capital from ₹11 Cr to ₹61 Cr, a QIP for up to ₹50 Cr, and increased the foreign investment limit to 49%. An EGM will seek shareholder approval for these changes. New statutory auditors were also appointed.
