Megasoft Limited's amalgamation with Sigma Advanced Systems Private Limited has been approved, gaining Megasoft immediate access to the defence sector, new technology, and talent. Share swap: 316 Megasoft shares for every 100 Sigma shares. Megasoft will be renamed Sigma Advanced Systems.
