Novelix Pharmaceuticals' board approved the allotment of 0.1074 Cr equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 20, including a premium of Rs. 10. This allotment results from the conversion of warrants by four investors from both promoter and non-promoter categories. The company received Rs. 1.611 Cr from this conversion. Consequent to this, the paid-up equity capital has increased from Rs. 16.141 Cr (1.6141 Cr shares) to Rs. 17.215 Cr (1.7215 Cr shares), reflecting a funding boost and an increase in share capital.
