Sayaji Hotels has expanded its brand footprint by signing a 15-year Hotel Management Agreement with SPJ Recreational Centre Private Limited. Under this deal, Sayaji will manage and operate a new 5-star property in Pune, Maharashtra, set to open under the "SAYAJI" brand by December 2027. This significant addition features 49 rooms, 71 villas, two banquet halls, various restaurants, a gym, spa, and swimming pool. This strategic move enhances Sayaji's operational portfolio and strengthens its presence in key hospitality markets.
