Lloyds Engineering Works' board approved acquiring the remaining 12% stake in Techno Industries Pvt Ltd for ₹22.70 Cr, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. They also approved a ₹59 Cr corporate guarantee for TIPL, which posted ₹155.04 Cr turnover in FY25.
