Lloyds Engineering approved an amendment to acquire the remaining 12% stake in Techno Industries Pvt Ltd for ₹22.70 Cr, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. This strategic expansion adds pumps, motors, and elevators to its product offerings. TIPL's FY25 turnover was ₹155.04 Cr.
