Cosmic CRF's board has accepted the resignation of Ms. Trupti Upadhyay as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer for personal reasons, effective December 26, 2025. To ensure seamless continuity in this key managerial role, the company has appointed Ms. Priya Sayani as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Ms. Sayani is an Associate Member of ICSI with strong experience in secretarial compliances, corporate laws, and listing regulations, following a review by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. This change ensures the company maintains robust governance and compliance functions.
