REC's arm, RECPDCL, incorporated three new wholly-owned subsidiaries (Dholpur, Jaisalmer, Ranipur Chunar Power Transmission). These SPVs will facilitate upcoming intra-state power transmission projects in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, with RECPDCL managing the bid process.
