Coforge's Board approved acquiring Encora for ~INR 17,032.60 Cr via share swap, issuing 9.38 Cr new shares at INR 1,815.91 each. This aims to boost AI-led engineering services. Also approved raising up to USD 550 Mn via QIP for debt retirement. Subject to approvals.
