However, the company clarified that the resolution's nature as a Special Resolution was already clear in other parts of the document. This correction aims for greater transparency and good governance. The EGM will still proceed to seek shareholder approval for the Whole-time Director, Mr. Vijay Vishwasrao Chowgule's remuneration of INR 0.84 Crore per annum. All other EGM details remain unchanged.
