Brainbees Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 26-12-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Brainbees' Board approved an intra-group restructuring: subsidiary Swara Baby will acquire 100% of Solis Hygiene. This move consolidates the hygiene business, increasing Brainbees' stake in Swara Baby to 76.59%. Mandar Joshi was also appointed as the new Company Secretary.
