ERAAYA LIFESAPCES' fund-raising committee approved the allotment of 42 lakh new equity shares, issued at Rs. 81 each (including Rs. 80 premium). These shares, with a face value of Re. 1, were allotted to Vikas Lifecare Limited, a promoter group entity. This action converts previously issued warrants into equity shares, following the receipt of the remaining payment. Consequently, the company's issued and paid-up capital has increased to Rs. 19.49 Crore, comprising 19,48,94,160 equity shares. This indicates a capital infusion and an increased promoter holding.
