Steel Strips Wheels Limited — Board Meeting, 26-12-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SSWL's Board approved leasing land from its subsidiary in Gujarat (rent ₹0.45 Cr/month) to set up new manufacturing units. This includes a 7.2M units/yr Alloy Wheels plant (₹300 Cr capex) and a 0.6M units/yr Aluminum Steering Knuckle plant (₹120 Cr capex) by Q4 FY27 to meet rising demand.
