    Sunlite Recycling Industries' Board approved the allotment of 29.26 lakh shares for ₹60.56 Cr via preferential issue. This move also led to the acquisition of 87% stake in Sunlite Aluminium Pvt Ltd, making it a subsidiary. Paid-up capital rose to ₹13.81 Cr.
