Family Care Hospitals Ltd — Important, 26-12-2025: Company Update

Family Care Hospitals has approved the allotment of 1.86775 crore convertible warrants at Rs. 10 each on a preferential basis to promoter and non-promoter categories. The company has received 4.669 Cr as upfront payment (Rs. 2.5 per warrant). Each warrant converts to one equity share upon payment of the remaining Rs. 7.5 within 18 months. This move injects capital and offers future equity conversion. Additionally, Mr. Rajesh Julal More has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, strengthening the company's financial leadership.
