Kerala Ayurveda's wholly owned subsidiary, Nutraveda PTE LTD, has formed a 50:50 Joint Venture with Ms. Monica Mohindra, establishing Pt. Kerala Ayurveda Bali. This new JVCo will operate in sports education, recreation, hospitality, and traditional wellness services, marking a strategic expansion for the company. Nutraveda PTE LTD holds 1,250 equity shares, valued at IDR 1,250,000,000, representing half of the JVCo's issued and paid-up share capital. This move aims to diversify Kerala Ayurveda's business operations and foster growth in new segments.
