Sree Metaliks Limited has taken control of SAL Steel, becoming the new promoter. It acquired shares from previous sellers and converted 48 lakh warrants into equity shares at ₹25 each, injecting ₹9 Cr. Sree Metaliks now holds 43.58% of the company's increased equity capital.
