Arvind Fashions (ARVINDFASN) acquired Flipkart's 31.25% stake in its subsidiary Arvind Youth Brands (Flying Machine) for Rs 135 Cr. This makes AYBPL a wholly-owned unit, boosting operational control. AYBPL's FY25 turnover was Rs 432.16 Cr.
