Him Teknoforge's credit ratings for its bank facilities have been reaffirmed by Infomerics. Long-term bank facilities, totaling Rs. 224.72 Crore (enhanced), retained an IVR BBB+/Stable rating. Short-term facilities, amounting to Rs. 33.00 Crore (enhanced), were reaffirmed at IVR A2. A new short-term bank facility of Rs. 15.00 Crore was also assigned an IVR A2 rating, bringing the total rated facilities to Rs. 272.72 Crore. This reflects the company's established track record, experienced management, and stable performance, balanced against risks like revenue concentration in the tractor segment, high competition, and working capital needs. The outlook on long-term ratings is stable.
