Endurance Technologies Limited — JV/Acquisition, 29-12-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

Endurance Technologies announced the merger of its wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries, Endurance Engineering S.r.l. and Endurance S.p.A., into Endurance Castings S.p.A. in Italy. This internal restructuring aims to streamline operations within the group. Regulatory approval has been received, with the merger effective from January 1, 2026. Post-merger, Endurance Castings S.p.A. will be renamed Endurance S.p.A. As this involves wholly-owned subsidiaries, no direct dilution or impact is expected for Endurance Technologies shareholders.
