Hemadri Cements Ltd — Important, 29-12-2025: Company Update

Hemadri Cements, currently in voluntary liquidation, has announced an e-auction for the sale of its assets. This includes 138.35 acres of land in Vedadri Village, NTR District, along with factory buildings, staff quarters, a mango garden, and a cement manufacturing unit with an 800 MT/day capacity. The Reserve Price for these assets is 42.67 Cr, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 4.27 Cr. The auction aims to realize value from the company's holdings for its stakeholders. Interested bidders must submit their applications and EMD by January 20, 2026, with the e-auction scheduled for January 23, 2026. The sale is on an "as is, where is" basis.
