Agribio Spirits Limited has invested Rs. 2.009 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Solkit Distillery and Brewery Private Limited, by subscribing to 98,000 equity shares at Rs. 205 each (Rs 10 face value plus Rs 195 premium). This capital infusion is for the subsidiary's general corporate purposes. Solkit Distillery specializes in bottling and manufacturing alcoholic beverages, with turnovers of Rs. 2.58 Cr in FY 2025, Rs. 3.04 Cr in FY 2024, and Rs. 2.17 Cr in FY 2023. This move strengthens Agribio's commitment to its core alcoholic beverage business through its subsidiary.
