India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has upgraded VIP Clothing Limited's bank loan facilities. The long-term rating is now 'IND BBB-' with a Stable Outlook, upgraded from 'IND BB+'. The short-term rating improved to 'IND A3' from 'IND A4+'. The total rated facilities amount to ₹105 Cr.
