PNB Housing Finance Limited — Credit Ratings, 29-12-2025: Credit Rating

India Ratings (Ind-Ra) has assigned ‘IND AAA’/Stable to PNB Housing Finance’s (PNBHF) additional bank loan facilities of INR 5,000 Cr. Ind-Ra also reaffirmed the 'IND AAA'/Stable rating for existing bank loans (INR 6,500 Cr) and Non-Convertible Debentures (INR 4,955 Cr). This action reflects expected timely support from Punjab National Bank, PNBHF's strong market position, improved profitability, and asset quality.
