    IIFL Finance Limited — Credit Ratings, 29-12-2025: Credit Rating

    India Ratings & Research assigned 'IND AA/Stable' to IIFL Finance's new Bank Loans (₹2,000 Cr) and NCDs (₹3,000 Cr). It also reaffirmed 'IND AA/Stable' for existing Bank Loans (₹3,000 Cr) and NCDs (₹2,250 Cr). Separately, ₹300 Cr Perpetual Debt (Tier I) was reaffirmed at 'IND AA-/Stable'. All ratings carry a 'Stable' outlook.
