Shah Metacorp's board approved a Rights Issue of up to Rs. 50 Cr. The company will invest up to USD 100,000 and provide a Rs. 100 Cr loan to its new US subsidiary for business diversification. A Rs. 75 Cr loan from Director Mona Shah can convert to equity via the Rights Issue, subject to shareholder approval.
