Shah Metacorp approved a Rights Issue for up to Rs. 50 Cr and an investment of up to USD 100,000 in its new US subsidiary for business expansion. It also okayed converting Director Mona Shah's Rs. 75 Cr loan into equity via the Rights Issue.
