Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd — Important, 30-12-2025: Company Update

Waaree Renewable Technologies has secured an enhancement to its existing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for a Ground mount solar power project. The project's capacity has increased from 30 MWp to 35 MWp, leading to a rise in the commercial order value from Rs. 90.29 Cr. to Rs. 102.93 Cr., representing an increase of Rs. 12.64 Cr. This domestic contract, which also includes Operation and Maintenance, signifies a positive expansion in the company's project portfolio. The project is anticipated to be completed during FY 2026-27.
