KDU Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., a promoter of Marine Electricals (India) Ltd., acquired 3,50,000 equity shares by converting existing warrants (face value Rs 0.07 Cr). This transaction increased KDU's direct equity stake. As a result, the promoter group's total shareholding in Marine Electricals rose from 68.46% to 68.54% of the expanded voting capital.
