    G R Infraprojects Limited — Updates, 30-12-2025: General Updates

    GR Infraprojects completed the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, GBAHPL, to Indus Infra Trust for Rs. 59.87 Cr. GBAHPL contributed 3.14% (Rs. 238.48 Cr) to FY25 consolidated income and 0.45% (Rs. 38.41 Cr) to net worth. GBAHPL is no longer a subsidiary.
