Transworld Shipping Lines (TSLL) has completed the 100% acquisition of Transworld Logistics (TLPL) for ₹2.25 Cr, integrating shipping agency services for enhanced cost control and operational efficiency. TSLL is also acquiring 100% of Transworld Integrated Logistek (TILPL) for ₹39.70 Cr, including working capital, expected by January 31st. TILPL, a freight forwarding and logistics firm with ~₹190.88 Cr annual turnover, significantly diversifies TSLL's offerings, expands its global reach, and aims to drive revenue growth.
