    Aster DM Healthcare increased its stake in Prerana Hospitals from 87% to 98.92% for INR 38.36 Cr, by acquiring an additional 11.94%. Prerana, a healthcare provider with FY25 turnover of INR 145.05 Cr, is set to become a wholly-owned subsidiary.
