Regency Ceramics Limited — Pledging, 31-12-2025: Pledge/Unpledge

Regency Ceramics promoters Naraiah Naidu Gudaru, Naraswamy Naidu Gudaru, and Narayanamma P saw a total of 5.10 lakh equity shares invoked by Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (APIDC). These shares were originally pledged as security for an investment by APIDC in Regent Agro Products Limited. Due to Regent Agro Products Limited's inability to buy back the equity investment as per agreed terms, APIDC invoked the pledge and took ownership of the shares. This directly reduces the promoters' ownership stake in Regency Ceramics Limited.
